Terms of Service

Provider: Miridar (MiriDar HR + IT Agency SRL), Strada Mihai Viteazu 4, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

Customer: the individual or legal entity that creates an account, requests a demo, or pays for the Miridar CRM subscription.

Miridar provides access to the Miridar CRM web application and, optionally, the Self-hosted license. Features include the Sales pipeline, AI Workspace, integrations (Mailjet, Telegram, External API), and the HR App module. Full details on the homepage and /pricing.

To use the service, the customer creates an account. The customer is responsible for:

• Accuracy of provided data.
• Confidentiality of the password.
• Activity carried out under their account.

The customer immediately notifies Miridar at office@miridar.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

Cloud: monthly or annual subscription per chosen plan (1-3 users: 150 MDL/month/user; 4-10 users: 120 MDL/month/user; 11-25 users: 100 MDL/month/user; 26+ negotiable). Annual: -20% discount.

Self-hosted: 2,000 EUR one-time license + 1,000 MDL/month maintenance (cap 30 users).

Setup Service: one-time, per the chosen tier (Start free, Basic 3,000 MDL, PRO 5,000 MDL, PRO + AI 8,000 MDL, Full 12,000 MDL).

BYO AI and Mailjet: the customer pays the provider directly. Miridar does not invoice these services.

Invoices are issued monthly (or annually on request). Payment is by bank transfer; delays over 15 days may suspend the service.

The customer may cancel the Cloud subscription anytime via email to office@miridar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — no partial refunds.

After cancellation, the customer has 90 days to export their data (Excel, CSV, PDF). After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

Setup Service and Self-hosted license are non-refundable once work has started.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not contractually guarantee a specific SLA (see note on /about-us: we do not claim guarantees we cannot sign). Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48h in advance.

Support comes via office@miridar.com. Response times vary based on the chosen Setup tier (see /pricing).

The Miridar CRM application, site design, logo, marketing content, and source code are the property of Miridar. The customer receives a non-exclusive license to use during the subscription.

Data entered by the customer (contacts, deals, files) remains the customer's property.

Miridar is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or data losses not arising from gross negligence on our part. Miridar's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel the subscription without penalty.

This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Chișinău.
