Smart Tracker — the differentiator

Automatic time tracking, without aggressive surveillance.

Smart Tracker starts at login, detects idle time and keeps work sessions. Activation is opt-in per user. It sees activity — it does not see what you do.

Yes. We have templates configured for the time-tracking types accepted by the Moldovan Labor Inspectorate — including lunch breaks, overtime, night work and weekends. The monthly export is ready to upload into 1C or your payroll program.
NO. Smart Tracker does not take screenshots, does not see what websites are visited, does not read emails. It only detects activity vs. idle (mouse + keyboard movement), which the employee can manually label as work, break, focus or meeting. The whole team knows it runs — transparent opt-in, default OFF.
You, directly to the provider (OpenAI or Anthropic), on your key. Miridar provides the setup (in the PRO + AI Setup Service package), but we don't charge for AI operations. You see the real invoice, no markup — just like the rest of the CRM.
